Ever tried skyr? It’s a super creamy Icelandic dairy delight made with a whopping 4 cups of whole milk for just one cup of skyr. Icelandic Provisions brings this classic to the US, using the traditional Icelandic recipe and special cultures for that velvety texture.
Now, there’s a new twist – Krímí Skyr by Icelandic Provisions. This skyr is made from all whole milk, creating a richer, creamier treat. Enjoy it straight from the carton, a decadent breakfast packed with protein. But wait, there’s more! Try it in a Sugar Cookie “Pizza” topped with Fresh Fruit. We used Vanilla Bean Krímí Skyr to make a flavorful sugar cookie base and topped it with more skyr, creating an easy and delicious twist on a classic fruit tart.
Here’s the bonus: the sugar cookie dough is enough for two tarts, so you can savor one now and save one for later!
